You have to mold yourself to work in this company,You need to be on toe to secure your Job initially.Work and culture are not so good.You have to prove yourself everyday. Company policies, appraisal procedures are not convenient,you won't get regular pay hike,but you get bonus every year and get salary at regular intervals

There's lot of politics, management does not address your issues. Salary you won't get as per your level also career growth is very slow.Your growth directly depending on owner.
