Terrible pay, managers do not care about employees, You will be lied to Everyone walks on eggshells because of the toxic leadership. Without a doubt the worst, most dysfunctional employer I have ever had.

There are too many incompetent idiots in the leadership. There are so many horrible managers here who blatantly lie and blame the employeed for the things they are responsible for. I don't understand how these awful people got into the leadership because they are obviously incapabale and unqualified.

I was impressed how my coworkers kept their focus on work inspite of the situation at work.

The management's promises were LIES, we don't get much support we even get blamed for things we have no control of. Supervisors make the environment more stressful because they'd BLATANTLY HARASS us to produce more and bring more business in!

We have interesting projects to work on. The workload is manageable (although there are certain moments when I feel pressured). If you're self motivated, you'll find tons of opportunities for growth and advancement. The technical team is awesome; most of the folks are hard-working and skillful.

I think we should work more on improving internal communication.

The work environment is relaxed which is a surprise if you are working in a highly competitive industry. We have the latest tech and the equipment is up to date. Excellent work policies that promote a healthy workplace for everybody. Performance based rewards and zero politics.

Team culture, everyone is easy to reach and ready to lend a hand when things get busy. Learning a lot everyday, I work with some of the best minds in the industry. Work environment is generally relaxed which is rare in today's software companies.

You have to be proactive and ready to learn. There are plenty of new developments and you have to keep yourself updated with these changes.

The company has a well defined and clear mission which gives its employees a great platform to work towards. My team here is truly collaborative and the colleagues are always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. The company encourages continual learning and places emphasis on one's skill development.
