This company has very poor leadership that has a focus on "self" over team. Money is the only thing you care about and not human dignity, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect. They set unrealistic goals and if you don't hit them, they will point fingers at you. They have made so many ridiculous business decisions that employees now must work 10-12 hour days to even get a day off. Old people management very worst. Even after 7pm they will expect to work. If u leave the office on time they will ask cross questions and terminate. No work life balance. No new technology learning. This is a 1960's organisation surrounded with old people and the work culture also same. No respect for the employees.. they will treat u like a shit.
