This company has very poor leadership that has a focus on "self" over team. Money is the only thing you care about and not human dignity, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect. They set unrealistic goals and if you don't hit them, they will point fingers at you. They have made so many ridiculous business decisions that employees now must work 10-12 hour days to even get a day off. Its a total shit of an org there is no learning in the role and they will judge you based on how you groom your facial hair and they will judge you based on using your mobile and the managers wont even think of hearing what you have to say and the ppl working there are terrible too.
