The top management based in France is very good.

I felt very disappointed since my 1st day at Valeo Pune. The HR lied to me about weekly off, Top management including HR are so biased with certain people. Didnt gave appraisal for almost 2yrs, stating reason that Union agreement is due. Deducted our Leaves, no Job security as MD would suddenly fire somebody. No Reward and recognition. This is the worst orgainazation to work. Pls don't fall for higher salary....Read More
