Dislikes

Skilled employees are not utilized or given with the opportunities to grow further ... Every core activities and projects will be handled by french guys and we are not given with enough implementation activities , I m only giving the feeback about our IT operation or support team in india (Valeo) but don't know about GEEDS,MEch or other core teams.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
