Cons : External employees do not get the benefits as much as internal employees get. Hike percent will be good for experienced people and people coming from reputed colleges, but will not consider it for freshers. So if you are fresher I would recommend to switch to other company in 2 to 3 years and may be you can come back as a experienced employee.

There are three types of payroll systems here. Valeo, Adecco and Toshall. While taking the freshers or new employees they are not telling under which payroll you are going to be. Valeo payroll is the best for everything with more salary and more hikes. But others are with less salary, less benefits and less hikes. But nowadays for valeo employees also hike is very less.
