Org have two different fields for employees as like technical and managerial positions. In general, other companies about two are combined. But here, it’s different. people in managerial role only deals with people management not involving on the technical basis. This approach need to be modified.

There are three types of payroll systems here. Valeo, Adecco and Toshall. While taking the freshers or new employees they are not telling under which payroll you are going to be. Valeo payroll is the best for everything with more salary and more hikes. But others are with less salary, less benefits and less hikes. But nowadays for valeo employees also hike is very less. Very frustrated. They are not even considering our efforts for hikes. They are not even converting to internal employee. Lost confidence in working. Lost interest in working here....Read More
