Dislikes

Work life balance not maintain, need to tackle union workers everytime, high work pressure, not considering my skills for futher opportunities other than production

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Good working overall but repitative task, need to take extra efforts & hours to complete task or daily work activities as no supportive subordinate team

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
