Work: Have to do field visits and take detailed personal discussion about customers and ask questions related to his background and give your personal observation in their MIS software. If you are from mumbai then dont join this job it will give you an extreme pressure. But if you are from out of metro cities then you can join this company,There will be not much pressure. You will get daily 2-3 PD (Personal discussions) The fast you will do the work the fast you will be free and yes you can go home after you finish your work,it dosent matter if you have finished in only 5 minutes or 2 hours or 10 hours. Usually 1 PD takes about 25-30 minutes. If you are from any city of gujarat, Kozhikode city Then you can join this job. Salary is on time 2nd of every month,if you join in the month end they will count total days and will give you a salary of that particular days . Eg: you had joined on 1st then they will give one day salary on 2nd. You will also get an icard,Offer letter,Contract letter. This company work with banks who does pd(personal discussion) the one who takes loan this company does verification but the point is if they does so much work for bank as a third party why there is no respect for the employee who does field work drive bike goes to the customer their is no security of job no accidental insurance no li fe insurance just take bike and run and do work <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> If any employee points on this issues or they tell to increase salary they directly eliminate that employee… </mark> I would not recommend to work with this company worst and still would be worst company in Maharashtra who works for bank as a third party...Read More
