...b no accidental insurance no life insurance just take bike and run and do work If any employee points on this issues or they tell to increase salary they directly eliminate that employee… I would not recommend to work with this company worst and still would be worst company in Maharashtra who works for bank as a third party

... If you are from any city of gujarat, Kozhikode city Then you can join this job. Salary is on time 2nd of every month,if you join in the month end they will count total days and will give you a salary of that particular days. Eg: you had joined on 1st then they will give one day salary on 2nd. You will also get an icard,Offer letter,Contract letter. Please note that contract means company's policies here not a contract based job.

Management is pathetic.its ok they are managing over all india.Sometimes senior managers dont pick up the call.Rest are good. You will gain some knowledge in this job. You will be lucky if you find a good trainer. If you are from Gujarat blindly join this co.

...aneko aata hai and pressure dene aata hai employes pe specially sabse jyda chu..ya bananeko sachin and rahul naam k 2 log hai 9 am to 9pm kutto jaise kam krneko bolenge aur salary 12k per month bolenge voh bhi aaj tak 6 months tha mein kam pe ek bhi salary inke yaha se full nahi aayi kabhi koi bhi employes ko na insurance provide karte hai aur na he koi aur facility pura company fraud hai ch.r company jaldi band hojana chahheye aisa faltu 3rd class company

...ssment not provide experience later before said they will provide after 6 month.salary slip also not provide no pf esi daily traveling more than 150+ kilometer..

As a human being I prefer to work as day labour than work for VAK reports. They don't valve a person , treat like a complete garbage and they are no PL,CL and EF&PF. When asked about the above mentioned things they come with stupid exceuses and ignore us in time of accident. When a feild executive is meet with a accident company does not even responds to their well-being and ask to complete the assigned work even if the person is dyeing on the road. Overall NOT worth working for such company.
