I. Really feel happy for workin with Vajram Group as it improves our skills.. and up course we get a chance to face new difficulties with lot of support from GM & PM.And mainly while compares to other companies I feel this company z havin flexible rules which makes everyone feel better..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
