The company is providing good training to the new joinings. And they are alloting a good well talented team leader for the general support. And they are also providing some emergency leaves when ever we require. So finally the overall conduct is good.

Dislikes

The work pressure is not manageble. Some times team leader always point outs even for small mistakes rather than appreciating for better work. And though they are providing 2week off's , coming to the handling of interviews the team leader asks me to dial them again for some update.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
