1. Job Security is Nil - People are getting terminated / force resignation without any reason 2. No work life balance - It was asked to work more then 12 hrs a day. They do not clarify expectation at the time of interview. later they force it. Who deny can get terminated 3. Work do not have value, Just need to satisfy ego of leadership 4. You have to do job, attend call & Meeting any time post working hrs 5. They spoil your career in your probation period and do not give you time to search other option 6. HR head will just here your grievance but will not listen to you. that why rating of VGL here is quite low. 7. There is quite a good amount of politics. Person who is doing hard work will not survive there...Read More

Work Details

It was pathetic. They spoiled my and one of my colleges career with out any reason. If was aware of these thing - I would not join VGL even they would have offered me double salary package

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
