As an early stage start up, this company gave vast avenues to learn and grow! Learning curve was pretty steep. The team was pretty good and hardworking! There are few teams who do heavy lifting in the company but they are not valued. Most good people have left the company

The CEO and leadership team play favourite. CEO is really disconnected from ground realities neither is he open to any kind of feedback. He has got a group of people who are yes men, if you try to logically counter his points, he gets pissed off. He is running an ops company and trying to paint a AI/ML/Tech picture about it.
