Extremely supportive and talented manager. The best part about him is he lets you explore new ideas and back you up whenever needed.

Dislikes

Few people who aren’t supposed to be working, are still there and will work till retirement. They make the company culture pathetic and also they have no motivation to work rather will disrupt your work as and when needed.

Work Details

Pretty ok. Though i have to work even on weekoffs but this doesn’t bother me as I totally love my work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
