Nothing... It have no like thing but dislike are uncountable.

They have no job security. Not improve in salary packages. Maximum new joiners are take home salary is 9K. No promotions and appraisals. They have not proper increment process. Two year once it should increment for employess 300, 400, 500. Totaly this is not suitable for working. No growth No improvement In hospital field i sugesst velammal hospital, meenakshi mission hospital, Apollo hospital, and many other hospitals in madurai.
