Vaaman engineer is a very good company. But it is a service based company . It provides manpower to tata,vedanta and many more which includes engineer, technician. And pay is decent. If you are not much experienced then u surely take this opportunity and learn as much & grow

As u know it is a service based company.. So job security is not that much great. If the customer company have negative impression about u they will fire without any explanation

There is freedom to work. You get to learn a lot.

Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

There is a very bad working culture. There is a workers' union, which you cannot reduce by putting pressure, not even by management. In-charge having on the shop floor is gone mentally and physically harrassed. I have never seen such a worst work culture in the industry.

Very good working environment and very supportive seniors. If you have capability then there are huge chance of growth. Company is growing exponentially and with the growth of company you will also grow.

Company treats employees as donkey workers. Poor management. No overtime benefits. Zero professionalism. Poor facility. Owner wants to earn money at the cost of dragged workers. Noting in favour of employees.
