The company does not have any standards. Example proper drawing template also not available. Everyone will work as per their opinion and their style. No standard document numbering, list, philosophy is available. As usual the politics will play a major role. It depends upon the immediate supervisor. It's is really had to work here. Company started and worked good upto sometime. But unfortunately the people's who joined from the first now dominating the others and doesn't take any leadership to develop the team. Simply asking questions and no resolution provided. If some asks for solution, they say try to get an answer and come b ack. If comes back they again asks questions. The company doesn't pay on time. They don't care about employees. If anyone asks salary, they point some and tell he / she's working hard and not talking about salary. If that person coming why you can't come. Like that they will talk. The VP whatever agreed will not be paid<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. So forget the VP in salary structure</mark>. The settlement also not given to peoples who ever left the company for more than 2 or 3 years. It's is a bad place to work or even start the carreer. Pls take this advice. Very Bad! They don't know the value of others. Simply they will tell their story and their experience. No one is having any quality. The company doesn't have any standard working template. Even a standard A3, A4 drawing sheet template itself.
