The learning opportunity is great.

Dislikes

The culture here is not good. There is delay is salary, delay by 2-3 months even. There isn't much growth here.

There is no work life balance. People expect us to work for 12-13 hours a day that to with delayed salaries and no additional benifits.

Company provides free accommodation and all the other basic necessities, have options to work on both site and office and will get the perks accordingly.

Dislikes

Company shows that it cares about it's employee but doesn't and has a lot of politics, work culture is pretty bad, at site everything is under one person so either he can ruin you or can make you.
