* Decisions and processes change every now and then. Everything is way too dynamic. * People are micro-managed and only expected 2 things - keep following without question & highlight mistakes everyday. * People are hired and fired without any thought process. * Politics is at peak and job security in basement (leave apart base). * Work environment is also not good. You need to be very careful while speaking to anyone as you never know who'll backfire....Read More

Work Details

There's no freedom of taking decisions. Everything has to be approved from management which takes lot of time. Job insecurity doesn't let you focus on work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
