Fraud! The good reviews are from their own Social media team (anonymous/random name). Even 1 star is over-rating for V Express managers and employees... If you show them that you want your luggage, they will charge extra. Always pay them after you receive your luggage in hand. Collect the LR number (docket number) to track your luggage location. Check the price online (in the website, by following YouTube tutorial) as employees and managers both demands random money as corruption. Call helpline, but don't expect honesty as they first ask you for your vendors' contact information, call him and ask you any random money which is beyond what is mentioned online....Read More

Dishonesty and they hide from customer to give him his own luggage's LR number (docket number) and that he can track the actual amount and location online.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
