I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In Oxford dictionary that have one words harmonization about your company policy..because of un equale policy. HR department they have no any rule his department. Other department other rule .1 company 1 rule 1 policy that policy does not have in company.
