Promotion process too slow also...there is some pressure also for things.. Company try to make themselves organise but the process for this is too tough.some time you face politics also on zonal label...

V-Mart is a very good place to work and there you get training according to the season and you get to learn a lot there in the store.

Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Dislikes

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.

It's hard to understand how V-Mart got a top-rated retail company badge. I've never seen a company with such a toxic work culture. In every store, ground-level employees (CSAs) join and leave within one to two months because of abuse from management. HR seems to have no control over the stores. Store managers get abused by RMs and higher-level management, and then they take it out on their CSAs and floor managers. It's a vicious cycle. If a company can't keep employees happy and create a positive environment, it won't last long with so much toxicity.
