Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.

Dislikes

Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.

I like the most is that "Job culture" and got a good platform to enhance professional skills & utilize my experience. Seniors are very cooperative and juniors are supportive too. Over all very happy to be part of this organization and enjoying my job. Thanks

MOST OF STORE ARE SITUATED IN TIER 3 CITY WHICH GET FEEL SOME BORING AS COMPARED TO METRO CITY.
