The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable,good quality product and has a global customer base .As a result,my colleague get to travel Thailand,Goa .But on site travel is completely dependent on your target achievement. Compensation is decent,but growth is average.The work pressure is medium.Sometimes ,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day .Manager do not value an individual unique strengths ,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire competitors marketing and life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation.Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.

A great company to work for if you don't mind working from home. That gets hard with a great lack of and need of support for the staff. Training given by support staff was excellent and there is a ton of it! They expect a lot from staff. Very fast paced and stressful!
