I have been working in V-Guard more than 5 years i would say the systems HR Team at Corporate office has build is world Class. They have brought everything to the palm of the employees ie, you just need a click for getting things done. Right from onboarding and once the employees is onboarded they have one of the best systems in thecountry. They have won numerous awards for the best HR system in country. Even during the pandemic the HR head used to call everyone who got affected with covid which is a rare thing i would say plus the covid pandemic response team lead by HR team was just a call away with any support....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
