Job security : It is really good even for off role employee Benefits : Allowance are almost for both Pay-roll and off-role employee. Not much differences Work : Even as off-role employee you get to work as a Pay-roll employee

Well, Guwahati Management is not doing good. No coordination between Product in charge's and Branch Manager. Salary growth and promotion is really slow. Off-role expenses are being checked and cut down by Office peon. At present both On-role and Off-role executives are looking for change due to Guwahati Management.
