Bad work-life balance , No space/time for skill development, un respectful behavior towards engineers. R&D have different rules & regulations than entire V guard. CTC and take-home salary have a lot difference than you think.

There is no proffessional and personal growth in the company. There is no system which takes feedbacks from employees regarding their annual appraisal and increment . And HR is not taking any feedbacks regarding the superiors.. also.. not asking whether the employees feel any difficulties.
