Company policies and culture is good,they give good salary.They are given training to all employees like motivated, supporting to work,how to balance work life and family life.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics,career growth is slow,they are not intimated explain exactly job role at time of new joined in the company.

Work Details

The job is interested at the time of starting no pressure but more pressure at present.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
