Owner is seemingly nice person. If you are good at time management, you can spare plenty of time for self study, skill development or even entertainment. Strict Monday to Friday job. 100% job security because no-one stays here for a long time expect owner's friends who are working in this company since its inception. Dislikes

Very small agency of 10 to 12 people including owner and office boy. Office is like a shop without proper air-conditioning and toilet facility for female employees. There is zero scope for growth. All employees who continue working here either owner's friend or they don't have anywhere to go. They even have dummy employees just to show on their Linkedin profile. The biggest issue is 'salary never crediting on time', sometimes the pay you 2 to 3 months late; you literally have to beg to for salary.
