🚫ALERT for those Engineers who are going to this company for interview or deciding to join there. Choosing them as your employer is NEVER a good idea. At the beginning or at the time of interview, you may find them very gentle and polite and with all the good stuffs any employer can have. But later you'll find out, they don't have any management at all! You will not get any JOINING LETTER or APPOINTMENT LETTER. At least upto January 2022 none of the engineers who worked there has got it. They will offer you a CTC at the time of joining. Later they will negotiate again (This is not only my personal experience but also many other engineers who have worked there). They treat employees like servants. Pathetically misbehaving people. A<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">BOVE ALL they have a salary issue. </mark>They will try to prove that you don't even deserve any salary at all and you'll be clueless at the end of the month. If you're joining in the factory location i.e. munshirhat, they're probably gonna ask you to work for 12 hours a day. Also please note that they don't have ANY holidays. you might get a week off on Sundays, that too not regular for factory location. I have worked there for one and a half month, have not received any salary at all, worked for 12 hours a day with a lot disgusting unprofessional behaviour. I decided to write this big paragraph here just to alret those engineers who are desperately looking for jobs and may decide to join this company with a lot of hope and faith.
