They aren't supporting me in anyway. They have stopped my salary and all of a sudden I received a call from the HR that they want me to resign when I'm pretty confident about my work and I can name a few people who doesn't do anything but still have their jobs secured and the best thing about it is that you'll be working under them as a fresher. They don't even know basic spellings and earning more than 16 lacs per annum, and will forward any mail to their juniors. If you mail them and ask them to fill something they will just call u and tell u to do it be it a single word what was supposed to be his or her job....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

v bazaar के सारे नियम सा के ऊपर लागू होते हैं। मैनेजर बैठ के दिन भर मोबाइल में पिक्चर देख पब खेल उसके लिए कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं। वह 55000 महिना ले जो कंपनी को कम कर दे। उसको 8500 सैलरी देते हैं। यही इनका रूल है यह संविधान अलग से लिखवाया। मंगल ग्रह से भी बाजार वाले अपना।
