It’s a terrible place to work. The current leadership is autocratic and run this place as if it were a monarchy. Highly unethical, abusive and humiliating work environment. Lacks professionalism and harbours bad behaviour towards faculty, staff and even students. People who voice their opinions and stand by the truth are attacked and cornered by the Principal. The principal abuses staff openly and gets away with bad behaviour. Mahindra and Mahindra as a group isn’t involved in the day to day activities and there is no monitoring of the unethical work practices going on at this place. Work Details

Lack of leadership and no sense of understanding of Indian laws. This place is unethical to the very core. The leadership team is racist and insensitive towards the Indian staff members. No work- life balance at all.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
