The worst part is that you should never trust anyone there. The office is full of seniors who won't support freshers, fearing for their own positions. The interview might be for one role, but you'll end up being shuffled between multiple departments, working for three at a time with no salary increase, not even by 1%. This place is suitable for those who can handle office politics, not for freshers like me. As for salary increments, forget about it. No raises will be given.
