If you are new to this company and you have added some customers but you will definitely will have bad relations with your customers because you can’t supply material to your customer on time, because of bigger and older Sharks in this company, they prefer large volume and give priority to them. Females are not given enough recognition. New ideas are never given priority. Salary wise increments are not good. The company thrives on 80% politics. Higher management comprises of only elder people, recognition of young generation at higher up levels is zero.
