I am working here from 2022 during interview HR told salary will be increased but now almost 1.5 yrs over and no scene of salary increase. only false commitment, Transport is very very bad. I wake up at 5AM daily to reach plant, 8AM to 7PM and 9PM to 8PM duty, no facility. Bad food in canteen no refreshment. on 15th August HR asked to come. I have a plant to complain about it. very stiff duty hours full 11hrs duty for all employee. you do not have any time for your family. Salary scale is very very poor, toilets and canteen is horrible condition, any time infections can occur. not government leave. Infract on national holiday you have to work. if you want to lean something then come earn experience and go out, this is not the company for having family.

Management is very useless. Everyone considers himself a master. The manager shows the car and chain to his junior. No one solves the real problem, everyone does politics by blaming each other, and perhaps the boss also likes the employees who spread oil. 11hr duty
