Very positive about giving chances to new workers as well as old employees for innovation, never discourage employees to share their own thoughts. CMD Mr. Bansal himself motivates all the employees for their growth and he himself believes in growing along with his employees. very down to earth person. I never seen a chairman invloving in junior staffs to uplift them where as other organization takes prior appointments to meet with the owner. most positive part of this organization is they never leaves employees even if the employee is a non performer....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
