Utkarsh Classes is one of the best institutes in India which care about his staff. Policy maker always care about their staff. There are many Skill Development program generated for staff. Work culture of company is best. Over all Utkarsh Classes is one of the best institute of India for her staff.

Promotion and Appraisal is dependent of your senior rating, so you always dependent on your senior and can not except good appraisal if you are not good behavior with your senior. As you know it is a private sector so job security is uncertain.

While working at Uttkarsh classes has many positive. One challenge can managing the divorce of student in a large classes. It’s something make it difficult to provide individual attendance to everyone. Accidentally, balancing and responsibilities with teaching can be overwhelming at time. However, these challenges can also lead to opportunities for growth and improvement in teaching strategies.

Here, one feels like they're at home because the freedom to work isn't available anywhere else. Your ideas are listened to carefully, and you're also given the autonomy to implement them. This allows us to be creative every day and continuously expand our knowledge by learning new things.

Dislikes

While I understand the importance of dedicating sufficient time to mentally stimulating work, it's equally essential to recognize the need for rest and self-care. Working long hours, such as 9 hours a day, can be detrimental to our mental well-being and lead to burnout. at least 5 day working is more then sufficient in a week.

There is nothing worth liking here, there is only favoritism here and only people of the same caste are given priority.. and those who do sycophancy are given priority and only they are promoted.

The seniors only listen to those who are their favorite employees and do not see what the actual problem is.. and those who work are thrown out and those who take leaves and do not work, their salary hike continues in the office. There no official work culture, even didn't respect female collogues
