I had joined as a graphic designer in 2014, and from then on its been a remarkable journey for me over the next decade, I have grown into a performance manager in my current responsibilities. One feature which has been very satisfying for me is that the management encouraged me to take up new responsibilities and given time to mature into the role in spite of making mistakes and causing losses to the company, yet given positive encouragement to rectify and ensure same is not committed again. At times to deliver on set timelines is difficult, that becomes a little tough, but need to find a way to ensure work is delivered and client does not suffer.
