They provide facilities like lunch, breakfast and transportation.

Dislikes

Unfair appraisals no promotion, Not supportive for Females, Biased HR dept, QA head, HR head and plant head not humble. Show everyone that they are superior and others are inferior.

This company is adopt latest technologies. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products. Good team work, best training department, full job satisfaction, lot of learning and enhancement of skills by training. Good appraisal

Dislikes

Growth is slow but no any work pressure. Only a single problem is that there is no any way of performance check. B pharma and M pharma are equally considered.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire IPQA work.on shop floor. I got good appraisal on time to time. But no any method in usv to check the performance of working people.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
