Job safety, because I am well knowledged about my work compare to other people here.

terrible leave policy, board of directors are not firm on their own decision and commitments, employees politics are on high level, company management are not ready to adopt new work systems. Zero facilities to employees, singel toilet at each floor for all employee.

I like this company because of time flexibility.They have a good buyer with whom you can learn their process.Bosses are too good.While working hours you will get familer environment, I mean to say stress level are very less. Colleague are good and coperative. Here in this company Tailor master, Pattern master, Finishing master , Cutting master they all know their responsibility so that you can work here in without stree.
