I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing to like with new finance management, old management is too good, and they create friendly working culture.

Currently finance management is horrible. They don't know the floor decorum. Everytime they are shouting and misbehave with the employee. Special UMESH ROHTAGI (SVP). This person is breaking all ISO CERTIFIED rules and regulations. He is don't know how to work in corporate company.

As a fresher my colleagues were very helpful. They always gave me advice and helped me whenever I asked.

As I was a fresher and it was a night Shift job, my health took a toll on me. And you don’t holiday even on national holidays. The only holidays you get except for casual and sick leaves are Diwali and Xmas.
