I would like to talk about my company. There are good and knowledgeable teammates, and there are good training center, average job security and good career growth , company provide accomodetion, there are not good environment b.coz it's is tobacco compony , there are average salary growth, work- life balance is good.

Dislikes

I would dis like about my company is a tobacco compony b.coz it's a dangeoures for our health.

Generally speaking,My work is slightly challenging and enjoying my work, but some time I boaring but it's ok it will be good learning experience

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
