URCC is developing construction company, management family business started at 1956 URCC registered as private limited at 1991 last year Turnover around 600Crs. It has not a systemized setup in all departments, work comfortability, salary and staff welfare are poor comparing to present market

See likes and dislikes depend on the person wise. Depends on the Project Manager. If you get a good PM then the company will be automatically good if not then it will become hell. The same goes for candidates. Candidate should be dedicated. I know work so I am not struggling. But I suggest new comer join this company as there is lots of scopes to learn.

Management of URC Construction behaviour is partially like for South Good behaviour and for North baf behaviour. Company is giving Family accommodation for every South Employee but not giving North employees . we have done all day present but salary got less. .
