The office has a great environment. Remember that this is a place of work so no one will spoon feed you. You will have to work your way to gain knowledge. And no matter how much you or the management try, work politics are something that you will experience everywhere. Urban Zen allows you to be heard which is great. Everyone from your seniors/ juniors/ management will encourage you to grow. The management's experience shows in their work which most of the time gets awarded. This studio works in teams- so you should know that you will be put into a team that will be part of the entire construction process. Dislikes

The cons of the studio are quite general and nothing much to be worried about: You won't get paid to work overtime and the work hours are strict. There will be times when you might experience unnecessary pressure or non-constructive feedback in between meetings in front of the entire office or even clients. You will be held answerable if you practice your own designs out of the office.

Work Details

I had a great time at work here. You need to keep in mind that this is a place of work and that will be your role. My experience was very nice as all my seniors even from other departments shared their knowledge happily.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
