I work as a freelancer or you can say tutor partner the.company provide platform, tools, and leads for students and we need to share some percentage of earning with them, which is initially flate rate and later percentage sharing. Whereas only document verification and phone and email id verification is done from. Their end, they provide training regarding the usage of app. The content for teaching is the tutor part. Well a tutor initals need to make a small amount of investment to proceed with their work which I must say is beneficial. The company is open to innovation and readily adolts latest technology. I also like the employee rehire policy here

I do receive appreciation emails from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals

The ease of access and freedom to choose which people you'd like to contact. The payment is per student so it's cost effective.

Dislikes

Many students post fake ads or wrong information which wastes money. There are even tutors who pose as a student to post ads

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
