Urban ladder is very good company in terms of people and culture, I have worked around 3 and half year tenure and that time was a golden time for me, as here your work is appraising, staff and seniors are very polite and help each other at every stage of working. for me I liked very much this thing and still not got any other job opportunity like Urban ladder.

There is no work culture, all are unresponsive people, especially the finance team for our simple thing they are taking so much time(more then a week) to respond our simple queries, who joined before us they are taking advantage, simply they will tell to do work everything is messed up. Not understand the our job responsibilities wehired for something, they will tell to do some other work, and also who is close with higher management those people are for simple thing they complaints about us. Process is not set properly if we face any issues while working we have to take our laptop we have to run to ask somebody who knows. No proper training at all....Read More

Urban Ladder very good company to learn. But the drawback is, can't able work on shifts extra duty without providing OT . No transportation facility. They wont promote the seniors of that company. They hire new employers to work. Thats not good for the management. And the running gets slow.. When new employers come for the new working environment. Other than this. Its a very good company..

Everything.Mangement is a big zero,Hr is a big zero.No body knows what they are doing.Store manager in hyd Madhapur branch is an uneducated fool who tries to control employees.All interior dep works from bangalore no idea abt based realty.Hired for assistant manager role but was forced to do sales and designers work .While hiring they kept many things secret .Didn't considered my health issues .HR department is rediculous .They give u thousands of forms to fill and upload before hiring and forced to do tests which they say book on their portal bt it's useless ,finally we from our pocket ....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company. It's been 12 years since its inception but it has not learned anything from their mistakes. There is a never-ending list but still, I am adding some points here 1. No job security- anyone can be fired at any time without any notice believe me it's anyone. 2. Poor HR Policy- HR is here only to threaten employee 3. Worst Admin team- Your reimbursement will take a minimum of 30 days and in some cases, it goes to 45-60 days, no one is there to bother about your financial crisis 4. Poor increment - If you are giving your 100% then also pls don’t expect more than a 6% hike and in that too 60% will be added to your variable pay and the chance of getting that variable amount is only 30%...Read More
