I am a lawyer and I started working in Upturn as a fresher. It has been 8 months and I have learnt way too much about legal matters. They are very good in teaching and make you a perfectionist. Their office timing is also very good. Just love working here.

Pathetic work culture and incapable HR administrators. They don't release the salary on time never. To be honest it was one of the worst unorganised Company I have ever seen.

Everything. It is not a legal office. It is a political party office where there is only politics. Salary is never on time. Always delayed. Trust me when I am saying as I am an ex employee. They will never issue offer letter or pay slips. Also they lie to their customers in order to suck money out of them. The Marketing head and theAdmin head are the two people who are always into politics and very arrogant. They will like you if you butter them from morning till evening. The management team have no value for employees. Even in this crucial situation we have to beg our salary from them.
