Goos pay. You can thrive if u r going by reference from someone head or director level. You can seat and throw random nonsense at the engineers.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too many levels of people managers and few implementors. In the name of process they play favorites. Too many noise makers instead of helping or assisting to solve a problem they simple run skeleton dedicated crew thin and hang them dry. Technology head is petty and very biased and demoralizing. No sense of Saturday or sunday anytime call happens. People with connections with heads only make noise but when real work is question blame is put on already burdened developers....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
